  • Course Description :

    ​

    Theory: This course focuses on the evaluation and treatment of the upper extremity extending from the shoulder to the hand. Functional anatomy of the upper extremity is emphasized and incorporated with patient’s occupational goals in evaluation and treatment. Throughout the course, occupation-based, patient-centered, and evidence-based approaches are emphasized
     
    Practical part: In the practical part students gain valuable experience in different techniques relating to the rehabilitation of the upper extremity. Students will also get the chance to observe and work with patients with upper extremity dysfunction.
